From Me to You

I sit near my window, the moon is shining,
No other sound, just my heart beating,
Got my pen and paper, the words start flowing,
I feel it now, as I start writing,

Dear you, Hey how are you,
Just wanted to say I’m thinkin’ of you
The distance has got me feelin’ blue
But I hope this letter brings me closer to you,
So many things I wanna say,
I hope they can all be conveyed,
When you read this later, I hope you’ll know,
This letter’s with love from me to you.

It’s getting’ late,
The clock is ticking,
On an emotional high,
The tears start falling,
I think of you,
And I keep on writing,

Dear you, Sometimes I miss you,
Just wanted to say I don’t wanna be without you,
The things I feel , I know are true,
I wonder if it means the same for you,
I feel so much, don’t think words are enough,
Somethings I just can’t say enough,
When you read this later I hope you’ll know,

How do I tell you how much I care,
How do I tell you all the things I’m afraid of,
A thousand letters
Still won’t cover it

Just wanted to say I’d do anything for you,
So here ends my letter, my first to you,
